Our Vision and Goals The Wichita East High Friends of Performing Arts (FOPA) exists to support and enhance faculty and student efforts in instrumental music (band and orchestra); vocal music and theatre. FOPA serves the faculty and students of the Performing Arts under the supervision of the school of administration. Our goals are to provide volunteers, generate funds, and utilize resources to aid the Performing Arts as needed.  East High parents, faculty, students, and friends are welcome to become members of FOPA.
